cowboy bebop pt. 2
so we rocked another 80s party last night. myself, depart, bry, + the girl from peru lit the dancin' fires with a little help from the ol' knob creek. dancing in cowboy boots is not good for the feet, but no one ever said pimpin' was easy. good time all around, sweaty as all hell, nice tunes, a lot of folks. i'll put a few pics up, depart in 80s leather gear circa run dmc, me in sleeveless '84 rush concert shirt + boots, bry in punk attire, + the lady in the peruvian interpretation of getting dressed up. they don't have any costume-based holidays there, i think carnival, but that's not really dressing up in my mind --- no halloween or themed parties would suck.
the hands contest nears + only a sick feeling enters my stomache when i think about the alcohol yet to be consumed. uch, it's gonna get ill. gonna feel like bruised brody after a steel cage match with abdula the butcher.
ha! i just looked at the info under "career highlites" + it seems he "won" the "Texas Brass Knuckles championship" back in '86. i think we should either add these rules or loser leaves town to the "hands" contest. so tuff.
