i keep getting dissed on my ebay bids
dear lor' it's been a long time. the folks at time warner cable are hard to get ahold of, seems like our cable box has been hit twice by lightning and it throws out my connection. too busy to write anything from work, so the wishes of my loyal readers are being fulfilled --- i write again.

back on the exercise kick, the hardest one to keep consistent is the running, which comes down to my lack of will and finding any and all excuses to skip a day: weather, too much coffee, too hot, knee hurts, still sad about elian gonzales. the gym's been working out well though, i like the pilates-esque machines they have. i did some handstand push-ups yesterday, i must have been bored. i always talk yoga, but i will start next week. for real.

getting ready to retake the gre. i'm not wanting to move from austin, so i am taking this prep class that started last night and i think it will help a bunch, wasn't ready the first time around. i don't want to leave austin unless there isn't an option. might head to sf or nyc if that is the case. luckily, i did extremely well on the analytic section so i can just exit it when i take the exam and concentrate on the other sections.

depart has been setting up silkscreens using his projector. round 1 turned out well as a test, but they tried it again last night and it was overexposed. the possibilities for projects with the projector are pretty extensive, i believe we're going to apply empulsion to the wall in my extra room and 'see what transgresses'.

'high on fire' will be playing in austin soon as will 'hieroglyphics'. saw texexution play last friday, super hott set. still the best band in austin, i guess the band worked through their issues, something about a backyard brawl settled things amongst the band. trying to get jay to put them in the film, they need a metal band and, well, texecution is yr metal band. for some reason they are unsure and may want to create a metal band with actors. lame.
